What it is about<\/h2>\n\n

Everyone is invited to take part in the Dialogue Workshop who wishes to strengthen their dialogical skills and learn a little more about themselves.\nDialogue is a special form of conversation that helps us relate to one another in a new way. It opens up fresh ways of thinking \u2013 for collaboration, dealing with conflict, decision-making, and problem-solving.\nUnlike the more common \u2013 often unconscious \u2013 forms of discussion or debate, dialogue assumes that all participants have valid reasons for seeing things the way they do. This creates a space of mutual respect, where differing perspectives are valued and recognized as part of discovering the best possible solution. This quality of encounter has a direct and positive impact on the outcomes developed together.
\n\nPracticing a dialogical attitude in exchange with others is an essential part of dialogue.\nIt\u2019s about listening calmly and with presence, while observing one\u2019s own inner reactions. This strengthens our sense of self-connection and allows us to become more aware of our own feelings and thoughts. Over time, this can help expand and transform our assumptions, opinions, and beliefs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
